(1) 6” x 4” piece of heavy paper (card stock or construction paper; color: your choice)

(1) 3” square piece of heavy paper (card stock or construction paper; color: your choice)

(2) 8.5” x .5” strips of heavy paper (card stock or construction paper; color: your choice)

Scrap pieces of paper in multiple colors

Crayons or colored pencils

Scissors

Glue stick (or school glue)

Regular pencil
