(1) 8.5” x 11” piece of heavy paper (card stock or construction paper; color: your choice)

(2) tracings of your child’s hand print (card stock or construction paper – color: your choice)

Crayons or colored pencils

Scissors

Glue stick (or school glue)

Regular pencil
