(1) 8.5” square piece of heavy paper (card stock or construction paper; color: Yellow or light colored)

(4) 5.5” x 1.5” strips of heavy paper (card stock or construction paper; color: 4 different colors, your choice)

Crayons or colored pencils

Scissors

Glue stick (or school glue)

Regular pencil
