NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the State of Emergency and the Public Health
Emergency declared by Governor Phil Murphy set forth in Executive Order No. 103 and further
limitations on public gatherings set forth in Executive Order No. 107, the Trustees of the Free
Public Library of the Borough of Elmwood Park will meet on November 16 at 6:00pm the Zoom
web-based meeting service, as authorized by P.L.2020 c.11. Trustees will attend the meeting via
video or telephone. The purpose of this Board Meeting will be in the place of a physical meeting.
